Ethically sourced Chamomile, Lavender, Lemongrass, and Peppermint
BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Add 2–3 TSP of the blend to your tea bag or infuser, pour 1 cup of boiling water over the bag/infuser, and let steep for 3-5 minutes. Sweeten with local/raw honey to taste.
